普拉提丁 (Pilates)

普拉提丁是一種老少咸宜的運動•它不但能有效地強化人體內兩塊的主要肌肉 ─ 橫紋肌及中下斜方肌,還可以伸展及鬆弛身體。 普拉提丁能使你輕鬆地應付各種日常工作及體能運動• 最重要的是普拉提丁可以有效地預防及減輕你的頸痛和背痛。

•  每班最多四人

•  每班最少二人

•  費用 : 二人 : $350*

三人 : $300*

四人 : $250*

•  每堂一小時

•  每次 5 堂

•  上堂時間由導師和學員雙方決定

•  一次過付 5 堂費用可獲九折優惠

•  我們的註冊物理治療師於上堂前會為學員作一次簡單的身體檢查,來評估學員是否適合參與普拉提丁班

Pilates

It is a type of exercise that benefits young and old people alike. It focuses on strengthening the two main “POWER-HOUSES” of the human body, namely, Transverse Abdominis and the Upper and Lower Trapezii. Pilates not only strengthens, but also stretches and mobilizes.
By learning Pilates, you can facilitate the performance of all types of daily sport activities and work routine. But most important of all, it can prevent and reduce back or neck pain.

•  Maximum of 4 people per class

•  Minimum of 2 people per class

•  Cost: 2 people: $350 *

3 people: $300 *

4 people: $250 *

* The cost is per person / per visit

•  Duration : 1 hour

•  Number of sessions: 5

•  Time: To be arranged by mutual convenience

•  10% discount for one time payment of all 5 sessions

•  A general assessment to ensure suitability for the class will be included in the first session and will be conducted by a registered physiotherapist
